Chilean world record BASE jumper Ramon Rojas has died. The Chilean broke the world record for the highest ever jump earlier this year when he took on a 4,100 metre jump at Cerro El Plomo in Los Andes near Santiago. The Independent reports that his sister, Paula Rojas, commented that: “My heart is broken but it gives me peace to know that my brother was happy doing what he loved so passionately.”
