This should encourge discussions between the Chilean workers and the employers who are responsible for putting fair practices in the work place, after all, there are families behind all these people that need looking after and attention. Remember that over-worked employees are not necesarily more productive! Quite the reverse, and contented workers may remain loyal employees.
